Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.
Pack Your KeepCup
Carefully place the unused product back in its original box and secure it in a shipping mailer to ensure it arrives back at our warehouse safely.
Drop Off the Package
Attach the provided prepaid label to your package and drop it off at any authorized USPS or FedEx location near you.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
